Learn more...Our facility is strategically placed within the previously disadvantaged area west of Pretoria, Atteridgeville. This area is no stranger to major social economic challenges such as the high unemployment rate, Crime, loitering shortage of skills, shortage of facilities and demotivated young people.
As members of the community growing up facing challenges of Youth unemployment and after doing a needs analysis, PHELIRIDGE has therefore challenged ourselves as an organization, to not only talk about what we wish to do for our community and broader Gauteng, but we have committed ourselves to decisive action that will benefit the Community starting with Atteridgeville. Through our skills and development programs we are able to communicate with the community and share with them, the knowledge and also the guidance to ultimately alleviate poverty as well as minimize crime.
Our mission is to address the challenges of youth unemployment in the community through skills development that will improve employability and assist the youth to consider self-employment as an option between employment or as their main career.
